Do chemical unblocking products work?
Rarely for a severe blockage, and they damage old pipes. If the water doesn't drain at all, a chemical product just adds a corrosive liquid to an already blocked pipe.
How quickly can you come to Eeklo?
Within 24 to 48 hours as standard. For a sewer backflow or flooding, we treat it as a same-day emergency.
Is the camera inspection systematic?
No, only if the blockage recurs or if the pipe is over 30 years old. For a one-off blockage, unblocking is enough.
Do you provide a report for the managing agent?
Yes. Inspection photos, description of the pipe's condition, recommendations: the report is handed over on site or sent by email.
