Fixed quote before the work
The price is calculated after a site visit, then fixed in writing. Any change you request during the works goes through a signed addendum — otherwise the price does not move.

Every week you receive the progress in photos. Useful if you are renovating from a distance, essential if the property is a rental.
Legal warranties covered
At least 2 years of warranty on workmanship, and the legal ten-year structural warranty for renovation work that requires it. Certificate issued at handover where the law provides for one.
One point of contact

How much does the work cost?

How quickly can you come?
For planned work the technician usually visits within 24 to 48 hours for the survey, and the quote follows within 48 hours. The start date depends on the scope of the work and the materials to be ordered — you get that date with the quote, not afterwards.
What warranty do you give on the work?
At least 2 years of warranty on workmanship for all works. For renovation, the legal ten-year structural warranty applies. Work is documented with photos and a certificate is issued where the law requires one.
Are you a registered and insured company?
Yes. Alpha Services Benelux has been active in Belgium since 2014, VAT registered under BE 0541.320.178, with a VCA-certified team and ten-year structural liability insurance. Registered office: Herdebeekstraat 4a, 1701 Dilbeek — we work throughout Belgium.
Can I get the 6% VAT rate?
For a private home older than 10 years, renovation work may fall under the reduced 6% rate instead of 21%, subject to the legal conditions in force. We check your situation before drawing up the quote and the rate applied is stated clearly in it.
Do you work with subcontractors?
The core of the job — plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting — is carried out by our own team. For specialist packages (structural engineering, bespoke joinery) we coordinate partners, and that coordination is part of our contractor role.
