What comes up at every first visit.
Does the whole tap need replacing when it drips?
Rarely. In most cases a cartridge or washer is enough. Full replacement is only needed if the tap body is cracked or too scaled.
How quickly can you come to Brussels?
Within 24 to 48 hours for a dripping tap. If the tap no longer shuts off at all, we aim for same-day.
Do you supply the tap?
Either. We fit the model you have bought, or we supply it — supply then appears as a separate line item on the quote.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes: Grohe, Hansgrohe, Ideal Standard, Van Marcke, Blanco and unbranded models. If the original cartridge no longer exists, we offer an equivalent or replace the mixer tap.
