Q: Is the quote really free?

Yes. For planned work the site visit and the written quote are free and without obligation. You decide afterwards, at your own pace.

Q: What determines the price of a job?

Mainly the scope of the work, the materials you choose, accessibility of pipes and cables, the condition of the existing installation, certification requirements such as an AREI/RGIE inspection, and urgency. The quote makes each factor visible instead of hiding it in one number.

Q: Do you always visit on site first?

Small, clearly defined jobs can sometimes be quoted from photos or a video call. Anything structural — bathrooms, rewiring, renovations — gets a site visit, because guessing leads to surprises later.

Q: Do I need to be present during the visit?

Ideally yes, at least for part of it: your wishes determine the proposal. For rental or commercial properties we can also coordinate access with a tenant or manager.
