How the quoting process works
First you describe the job by phone, WhatsApp or the form on this page; photos help a lot. For anything beyond a simple repair we schedule a site visit: we measure, inspect the existing installation and listen to what you actually want to achieve. You then receive a written quote that splits the project into phases, so you can compare, adjust the scope or spread the work over time.
What determines your price
We do not publish flat price lists, because honest pricing depends on the situation: the scope of the work, the materials and fittings you select, how accessible pipes and cables are, the condition of what is already there, whether certification or inspection is required, and how urgent the timing is. The quote shows these factors explicitly — which is exactly what makes it comparable.

Is the quote really free?
Yes. For planned work the site visit and the written quote are free and without obligation. You decide afterwards, at your own pace.
How fast do I receive the quote?
For most planned projects you receive a written quote within 48 hours after the site visit. Larger renovations needing measurement and design can take a little longer — we tell you upfront.
What determines the price of a job?
Mainly the scope of the work, the materials you choose, accessibility of pipes and cables, the condition of the existing installation, certification requirements such as an AREI/RGIE inspection, and urgency. The quote makes each factor visible instead of hiding it in one number.
Do you always visit on site first?
Small, clearly defined jobs can sometimes be quoted from photos or a video call. Anything structural — bathrooms, rewiring, renovations — gets a site visit, because guessing leads to surprises later.
Do I need to be present during the visit?
Ideally yes, at least for part of it: your wishes determine the proposal. For rental or commercial properties we can also coordinate access with a tenant or manager.
In which languages is the quote available?
We communicate and quote in Dutch, French or English — your choice.
