Is boiler servicing mandatory?
Yes, in Flanders and Brussels, annual servicing of a gas boiler is mandatory. The certificate is required by your insurance and by the network operator in case of inspection.
How quickly can you come to Balen?
Within 24 to 48 hours for a repair. For an installation, the lead time depends on the equipment and is stated in the quote.
What grant for a heat pump?
Since March 2026, Mijn VerbouwPremie covers air-to-water heat pumps: €1,500 for income categories 1-2, unchanged amounts for categories 3-4. We prepare the application file.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes: Vaillant, Bulex, Baxi, Viessmann, Junkers, Remeha, De Dietrich and the main brands on the Belgian market.
